the only qualifications to join are:
a. be a woman (it doesn't matter what age, you can be a woman of 12 or 112)
b. have a web site that relates to your personal experiences. it doesn't have to be stories about your life, but can take any form.
c. no hate speech.
d. no porn.
e. no "i am right and you are wrong and therefore you are a bad person."
