Cream? Sugar?

I'm personally a fan of espresso or, as my family calls it, demitasse , but I have yet to get a cup that I've enjoyed in a coffee shop. I also have a cheap cappuchino machine, but the espresso it makes is sub par. When my step-grandmother makes it, she uses a silver two handled pot on the stove. According to this site, its called a napoletana . I got some thing called a 'Moka' for Christmas and it makes yummy coffee. I also got a thing that froths (that's not a word, is it?) milk. It looks like a french press, but not quite as wide as the ones that I've seen.
